General Questions about Flash Seats
Flash Seats is a benefit for Rockets season ticket holders. This concept, similar to the e-ticket in the airline industry, allows you to manage your season tickets via the Internet. It also gives you the ability to sell, buy and transfer seats through a marketplace endorsed by the Rockets.

How do I become a Flash Seats account holder?
Simply go to the Flash Seats web site at rockets.flashseats.com or www.flashseats.com and click Register at the top of the page. You will be asked to enter some basic account information, followed by your credit card information or driver’s license information. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED. Your credit card/driver’s license information is simply a unique identifier. After completing the account information, you may buy, sell or manage any seats in your account.
If you’re a current Houston Rockets season ticket holder and want to sign up for Flash Seats for next year’s season, choose the Flash Seats option when you renew your season tickets. If you want to sign up for Flash Seats this year, you can fill out the form on the Flash Seats site at Join Now, call your Houston Rockets representative, or email customerservice@flashseats.com

What type of card can I use?
You can enter events you have tickets to with any valid credit/debit card or a driver’s license.

How can I be sure my credit card will not be charged?
Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED unless you are purchasing tickets on Flash Seats. It is only used to identify you as the owner of tickets when you enter events.

How do I add a card to my account?
You can add a driver's license, state ID card, or a credit/debit card to your account in order to enter events. Log in to the site, click Account, and then click Identification.

How many cards can I add to my account?
You may add as many cards as you like to your account, as long as they are valid.

Can I use my Flash Seats account to pay for playoff seats or renew my season tickets?
Yes. Any balance remaining on your Flash Seats account can be applied to your playoff seats or to the renewal of your season ticket account for the following season. Your Rockets Client Experience Specialist can handle the details for you.

How will I know which playoff tickets are for which playoff game?
Tickets to playoff games are marked as A through P; these letters represent the 16 possible home games that could be played. Because the teams don’t know the date, time, and opponent for playoff games in advance, the letters on your tickets will correspond to a specific game. As soon as the date, time, and opponent for a game are announced, the Flash Seats site will be updated with this information.

Will I be able to sell and transfer my playoff tickets using Flash Seats?
Yes. When your playoff tickets are available, they will be put into your Flash Seats account. If you can’t attend the playoff game, you can sell or transfer your tickets, just as you would for any other game. Flash Seats only permits you to sell playoff tickets for games that have been scheduled for play. This ensures that buyers will only be able to purchase tickets for games that will actually be played. You have the option to transfer your playoff tickets as soon as you receive them, even if games have not yet been confirmed.

I’m interested in buying playoff tickets. Can I do this in Flash Seats?
Yes. Season Ticket Holders who have playoff tickets can list them for sale through the Flash Seats site once the the date, time, and opponent are announced. You can use the same process to buy playoff tickets as you would for any other game.
